Phone Scanner & Inventory Tool

CMReports.com Phone Scan Tool!  The Phone Scan Tool will scan any subnets you input for Cisco IP Phones and gather information including:

• MAC Address
• Directory Number
• Serial Number
• Model Number
• Software Version
• MWI Status

This information can be output to HTML or into CSV format to be imported into Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:  .NET Framework installed on scanning workstation, Web Access Enabled for IP Phones (CallManager phone setting, this is ON by default)

Caveats:  Scans and collects information about Cisco OEM phones only, including 7902, 7905, 7906, 7910, 7911, 7912, 7940, 7941, 7960, 7961, 7970, 7971.  Does NOT collect information from models resold through Cisco (i.e., 7920, 7935/36 and 7985).  These models are not originally manufactured by Cisco (i.e., Polycom, Tandberg).
